Our Country

Minyumai IPA is a 2162.6-hectare freehold property of largely uncleared native forest, woodland and wetland habitats. It is located in the traditional country of the Bandjalang clan, between Tabbimoble and Evans Head on the far north coast of NSW.

It joins Bundjalung National Park and Tabbimoble Nature Reserve, a very large natural area of habitat will be conserved for the future. To the animals and plants and our ancestors these three areas are one. And that is the way we also see it and wish it to remain.

It supports  18 vegetation communities of which 7  are listed as threatened.

We have 28 Threatened species living on Minyumai
